If you know your Trezor seed-mnemonic and Trezor passphrase, any funds you previously had on it can be restored. Just repair your Trezor, or buy a new Trezor, or Ledger then enter the recorded seed-mnemonic and passphrase.
Warning, if you recorded the seed-mnemonic or passphrase wrong, there is no recovery once the Trezor is damaged or wiped.
