Hi, please check the FAQ post pinned here, section 8.4 (Missing coins) – you can find tips on what could be causing the empty wallet, but basically there are only two possible explanations:
1. Wrong seed. (Have you recovered your wallet with a seed recently?)
2. Wrong passphrase.
