There will be no ETH 2.0, it was canceled. The merge which is coming in September isn’t ETH 2.0 it is just switching to PoS. ETH 2.0 had many other planed upgrades that have since been canceled or postponed indefinitely. The Ethereum devs have even stopped using the term ETH 2.0 and started using „the merge“ instead.
Also while it is already possible to stake your ETH there is no way to unstake it. Even after the merge you will not be able to unstake it and there is no word as to when that will be enabled.
