This is known as Spear Phishing and is a lot more effective than regular phishing as the attacker is more likely to gain trust by knowing details such as your name and email address. Good job having 2FA enabled but definitely don’t use SMS 2FA. I recommend getting a hardware security key (they’re not too expensive and a lot more secure – look up Yubico as an example or check out the Fido Alliance for more partners). Alternatively, use an authenticator app like Authy.
Also, never give your 2FA code to anyone, there is no legitimate reason to.
