As far as I know you can’t. What you can do though is create another “hot wallet” and use that for the tokens you want to move a lot and keep the long term stake or hodl on the cold one. You can switch between them in the app.
You would have to pay the gas fees though to transfer.
You could always recover your cold wallet to another wallet as well but that kind of risks you inputting your seed phrase.
If you find a way to disable it let me know, my password is insanely long and difficult because I didn’t think I’d have to type it in every time either.
