Hi the issue with the Bluetooth fixed for android smartphone users. Our teams are still working on deploying the fix for iOS users. The delay is due to apple guidelines. In the meantime you can try the following troubleshooting steps to fix this.
– go to the “My Ledger” tab, and do “Pair with bluetooth” (this open the bluetooth scanning screen – no need to do anything on this screen)
– then go back to My Ledger, and try to connect to the device again
