Easiest is probably to install Trust Wallet on your phone. Transfer everything from Ledger Live to Trust Wallet (try with small amounts first), then wipe your new device (only when everything is in Trust Wallet), create a new seed on the device, add the new wallets to Ledger Live and transfer back from Trust Wallet. Do small amounts first and be careful to not transfer back to the old accounts (in fact, delete the old accounts from Ledger Live when they are empty).
