Anyone who has access to your 24 words will be able to access your assets without your Ledger device. Even if you create a new account in Ledger Live, it is still linked to your existing 24 words seed phase and so the thief can still retrieve your assets. In your case we’d suggest setting up your device with a new 24 words seed phrase.
