Just make sure you „connect to hardware wallet“ with Metamask, *don’t* put your Ledger seed phrase into it. Change your network to Flare (you can use https://chainlist.org/?search=Flare to do this) and connect to flareoracle.io.
You can wrap, delegate etc there.
