Make a dedicated wallet on your ledger with in and out trx only eth stables or interactions with safe dapps uniswap etc.
Use another wallet within the same seed for degen trading interacting with other dapps signing trx etc
Ur seed never leaves edger/ttezor but assets can still he lost due to giving wrong approvals etc
