ETH ain’t cheap right now, anywhere. A large problem you will find is that median miner / gas fees on ETH are over $20 per transaction. I’d suggest using an exchange like r/Gemini that offer some promotions to get rebated miner fees.
But might not be avail in your country. Read the fine print.
