I don’t have an exact answer, but your bottleneck will be the transaction size that can be accepted by the network, not what the Trezor can sign.
[I wrote a tutorial](https://walletrecovery.info/how-to-fix-the-transaction-was-rejected-because-it-is-too-large-rejected-transaction-error-in-electrum-electron-cash/) because I ran into this issue with mining wallets.
It’s been a while, but the maximum transaction size is 100KB, which is somewhere around 700 UTXO’s.
