You just look up the contract address (in this case 0x4a220E6096B25EADb88358cb44068A3248254675) and verify that this is the contract you are interacting with. The Trezor device will show the address on the screen.
Most wallets also have the option to hide tokens you don’t want in your token list. So if you want you can also just do that. Don’t know which wallet you use, but Metamask and Rabby both have this functionality.
