No. I mean you can just understand it would take a computer a fraction of a second to try every possible 24 word combinations given 23 known words so it doesn’t do anything useful.
There is an option to add a custom passphrase in addition to the 24 words. That is what you want to do. Then even having all 24 words would require someone brute forcing all possible passphrases so if the passphrase is secure it could take days or even years to complete given you time to detect the theft and move the funds.
