Little chance to get it back but you should report to the police anyway. The more people do, the more likely it is the scammer gets flagged, the more likely exchanges will shun scammer accounts, the more secure the entire space becomes. Civic duty basically.
And yes should not have stored it online. Sidenote: That means that _everything_ in your password manager is in the hands of your attacker. Best practice is to use hardware keys as additional authentication/encryption factor. A couple of yubikeys or fido2 keys would have made this unbreachable.
