Have you tried to connect your Ledger device to another wallet, like [Solflare](https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/4405485585041-Connecting-your-Ledger-Solana-SOL-account-to-Solflare)?
Normally, if you are using the Ledger device with the right 24-word recovery phrase, you should be able to see your funds on the balance.
If you followed all the instruction and still can’t see it, it is possible that you are not using the correct 24-word recovery phrase that was associated with the Solana account.
