Hey,
It seems that Coinbase uses different addresses for the withdrawal. Also, exchanges quite often include all withdrawals in one batch transaction. It is one transaction that includes dozens of receiving addresses of users. This way the exchange saves on the network fees on accumulating the withdrawals requests and performing them all at the same time
When you request 3 withdrawals in a row, Coinbase probably did include all these 3 transactions in one batch transaction since the time period was short and this is why all of them have same „from“ address.
