Welcome to the club 🙁 I’ve opened multiple support tickets and the best response is „we’re working on it“. If you have Ethereum or other ERC20 tokens MyEtherWallet and MyCrypto work pretty well with KeepKey, sadly, the own developer’s platform at beta.shapeshift.com doesn’t work at all. Seems like 3rd parties know how to support it better than the devs at ShapeShift/KeepKey. Embarrassing.
