Hi, to fix this issue, please delete the file that you can find following this route (based on the OS you are using):
**Linux:** /home/<user>/.config/@trezor/suite-desktop/Cache
**Windows:** C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\@trezor\suite-desktop/Cache
**MacOS:** /Users/<user>/Library/Application\ Support/@trezor/suite-desktop/Cache
Please note that the <user> field will be replaced by the user name you are using.
**Important note:** make sure you are deleting only the cache file, not the „suite-desktop“ folder.
