OK… looks like you’re pretty deep into debugging this stuff? Have you tried booting the Tails OS from a USB pendrive? It will let you know if you have a USB hardware problem on your „main“ PC or if it is a software problem.
Also, you said you completed the initialization. Did that include two firmware flashes? Can you connect it to your work PC (or Tails) and see what version it shows you as running on your Trezor (firmware).
As for Zadig, that should be required unless you are on Win7. There was also a registry hack, but that will likewise go away if you update your firmware.
As for `libusb`, I used the ones on `github.com/libusb/libusb/releases` instead of the `libusbK` DLLs.

Definitely try Tails first.
