      Mein Telefon wurde beschädigt und kaufte ein neues Telefon. Installiert die APP die neue Ellipal Anwendung und erholte sich meine Hot Wallet Mnemonic 12 Worte und bekam meine XRP und XLM Münze Gleichgewicht, aber nicht meine Bitcoin und Ethereum plus Münze.

      Was soll ich jetzt tun? Dies ist meine dritte E-Mail seit Freitag, wenn das Problem auftreten.
