      Ich habe mein Ellipal Titan erst vor 1 Jahr gekauft. Jetzt ist es nicht möglich, “Full Charging” meine Wallet zu 100%. Es wird bei 63% stoppen (constand Laden für 1 Woche !!!).

      Ich habe auch einen neuen Adapter, ein neues Kabel und einen 2A Netzadapter gekauft.

      Gleiches Ergebnis —>>> NICHT VOLL GELADEN !!!

      Was ist mit dem bekannten Ladefehler?

      Ich habe schon zweimal an den Ellipal-Support geschrieben, bisher keine Antwort.

      Firmware ist “Up to Date”

      I dont know if this helps but make sure your using the wall socket. I always have problems if I try to charge with the computer.

      I have experienced the same problem. If you purchased it within 1 year, they will replace it. Otherwise, you are out of luck. I was forced to buy the mini version to solve my problems. Needless to say
      , I wasn’t very happy.
