It isn’t possible to create a broken account. An account is actually just a hexadecimal number, and you cannot create a broken number.

Is the account #1 address in the web version the same as the account #1 address in the suite version? If so, add those accounts manually to the web version and they will match. If the #1 do not match, then you are in the wrong wallet.
