Thank you so much , This is very Great Question.

Ellipal is a full decentralized non-custodial wallet, Users take fully control of their private key and mnemonics, if the device failed or lost , You can recover your account using your mnemonics and passphrase on new device, Please refer here : [https://www.ellipal.com/blogs/support/backup-recover-cold-wallet-mnemonic](https://www.ellipal.com/blogs/support/backup-recover-cold-wallet-mnemonic)

Let’s say Ellipal no long exist, User still can recover their assets to other wallets which is follow standard BIP39&44.

Does a hash text file download with the latest update. When I downloaded I got 2 files. The update and a hash text is this normal?

      Same question!

What about the site blockchain.info, can I access funds through it if Ellipal is down? If not are blockchain.info wallets safer than an exchange?

      One last question.

If I have two separate hardware wallets from two different companies, if one company goes down would the other hardware wallet be able to access the blockchain?

Or with all the passphrases could I still access the blockchain somehow to access funds?

Also is the wallet a BIP-39 ? If it is can I also see and use my funds through the Trust wallet if it goes down?
