Hallo zusammen – ich habe einen Ledger Nano S Plus seit etwa 6 Monaten. Aus heiterem Himmel heute, wird der Ledger nicht mehr einschalten, wenn an einem PC noch eine USB-Stick verbunden.

Wissen Sie, was die Politik für dieses Problem ist? Ich bin immer noch auf der Suche nach meinem Seed-Phrase, aber das ist sehr unangenehm 🙁

Aktualisierung 1:

Seit ein paar Monaten funktioniert der Ledger nicht mehr über mein usb-c zu usb-a Kabel, und ich konnte ihn nur über ein usb-c zu usb-c anschließen. Ich bezweifle also, dass es der Bildschirm ist.

Mein Geld ist sicher – es ist nur ein bisschen unangenehm, da ich nicht erwartet hatte, dass es nach 6 Monaten kaputt geht. Ich werde versuchen, mich direkt mit Ledger in Verbindung zu setzen, um einen Ersatz zu bekommen, aber danke an alle für eure Ideen!

Did you check that it’s not an issue with your USB cable?

Your least concern is that hardware ledger. Your main concern that you better change your mindset on with it being inconvenient and the only priority when it comes to your crypto is the seed phrase. The only thing that caught my attention is the fact that you said, you are still looking for your seed phrase. That seed phrase is your crypto not the cool looking usb ledger that you would think is your priority. You go get a safety security box and put a copy of your seed phrase there hidden, buy a hidden safe in your home and put a copy of your seed phrase there, have someone you can trust with your money and life if you were to be alive or incapacitated and give that person a copy of your seed phrase. As you may have noticed I never said take a picture or store in a computer or upload to google drive or iCloud or anything that you don’t control. I don’t know how much money you have on that ledger, and everyone has their own level of perception when it comes to money so if you have enough to want to shed one tear over or more, literally, if you lost the crypto, it better take you a millisecond to know where your seed phrase is and never be still looking for it. You can replace your lost, burnt, stolen destroyed ledger and have your accounts all perfectly fine as many times as you want or even clone a backup ledger for convenience but you can’t do that without the “inconvenient” seed phrase.

Try letting the battery die completely and then
recharge. That worked for me.
