Ich scheine den Titan nicht mit der App verbinden zu können, um auf die Münzen zuzugreifen. Wenn ich auf “🪶sign” klicke und mich anmelde, werde ich zu “Scan Unsigned Data QR Code on the Ellipal app” weitergeleitet, aber ich kann das nicht einmal in der App finden.

Der einzige QR-Code, den ich finden kann, ist zum Senden von Münzen, aber wenn ich versuche, ihn zu scannen, heißt es “Signaturdatenanalyse fehlgeschlagen”.

Wenn ich versuche, die App mit der kalten Wallet zu verbinden, scannt sie den QR-Code, ändert aber nichts.

Und obwohl ich offensichtlich in der App angemeldet bin, da ich meinen Namen und meine Münzen sehen kann, bietet sie mir die Option, mich anzumelden, wenn ich den Profilbildschirm aufrufe. Was passiert, wenn ich mich bei einem Konto anmelde, bei dem ich bereits angemeldet bin? Verschwinden dann alle meine Münzen?

Von den Münzen, die ich auf die App übertragen habe, haben es alle bis auf DOGE geschafft, also ist das Geld weg, denke ich.

Ich bin kurz davor, in den sauren Apfel zu beißen und die lächerlichen Ellipal-Gebühren zu zahlen ($4 für $200!?), um alle meine Coins zurück zu Binance zu schicken und das Ding in den verdammten Müll zu werfen.

Mate if you decide to send everything back, but can’t scan your QR code you won’t be able to do it with ellipal.

You will need to use your passphrase and transfer your wallet to another wallet, for example trust wallet.

Take a breath. Sounds like you need to scan the QR codes from the HW. On the
app press the “+” button above the BTC wallet. That should bring up the scanner. Then grab your HW and press the link symbol to the right of the account name.
That will bring up the QR codes to link HW to the app. Scan them all. See if this helps.
