Hallo. Ich habe meinen neuen Nano S Plus bereits eingerichtet, aber ich habe vergessen, meine alten Nano S-Konten darauf zu migrieren. Wie kann ich das jetzt machen, denn alle Tutorials, die ich gefunden habe, zeigen nur, wie man es auf einem frischen, neuwertigen Nano S Plus macht. Ich würde Ihre Hilfe wirklich zu schätzen wissen. If you already have cryptos on accounts derived from your new seed, move them out to accounts not related to that new seed.

Once all cryptos have been moved out from accounts derived from your new Nano S plus seed, then you can reset your Nano S-plus (by entering a wrong PIN 3 times).

Then, select “recover from seed phrase” and enter your old Nano S seed phrase (assuming it is still 100% safe and has never been used or entered in anything other than your old Nano).

Once your old Nano S seed is in your new nano S-plus, the nano S-plus will immediately give you access to old your old accounts, no need to migrate anything. The seed is your key!!

In the security settings on the Nano S Plus you can reset the device and start over.

Are you currently using the Nano S plus new seed for anything?

If yes you need to(unstake if needed) move your fund to the old seed

Enter pin wrong 3 times

Restore with the old seed on the new ledger

Hi, If you have already transferred cryptos to the accounts derived from your new 24-word recovery phrase (that of Nano S plus) then transfer all the cryptos out of these accounts to another account (like exchange), reset your Ledger device by entering a wrong PIN code 3 times, on the startup menu after the reset select ‘Restore from recovery phrase’ and enter your 24-word recovery phrase of the old Nano S. Once your Ledger device is set up, please install the apps of the coins you want to manage and now you should have access to the same accounts which were derived from your old 24-word recovery phrase (that of Nano S).

Once you are sure everything is in order, then please remove the accounts from Ledger Live which were derived from the new 24-word recovery phrase (that of Nano S plus) to avoid any confusion in the future.
