Ich habe ERC-20-Münzen an meinen Ellipal-Titan mit der ETH-Adresse geschickt (da es keine andere Möglichkeit gibt, dies zu tun), aber alle meine ERC-Münzen zeigen auf meiner Ellipal-App einen Nullsaldo unter ETH. Wie kann ich meinen Kontostand für jeden ERC-20 Coin sehen? Das ist jetzt schon seit über einem Monat so und ich bekomme keine Antwort vom Support-Team.

So you clicked your eth wallet then the plus sign to add the tokens? Might wanna make sure you sent to the correct address, cause I see all mine. No issue in 3 years.

Have you had a look at the blockchain if the coins are on your wallet? In my experience you absolutely can’t trust the shown balances in the app.

When you add a etc-20 token, it has a different address than eth

I have the same probleme. All my erc 20 token disapparead, and it s the first time since 1 year. Have you find solution ?
