irgendwelche ideen? ich verstehe nicht warum [beta.keepkey.com](https://beta.keepkey.com) uns keinen Zugriff auf die Münzen in einigen Unterkonten gewährt. Kennt jemand die HD-Ableitungspfade für diese?

dieser schlüssel war von anfang an nichts als ärger. ich empfehle jedem, der daran denkt, einen keepkey zu kaufen, es nicht zu tun. es ist buchstäblich das fehlerhafteste Stück hardware und software, das ich je benutzt habe!

Your best bet is to just use Electrum, Keepkey just follows the standard derivation paths.

I feel your pain. I have multiple KK devices for years, they have always worked well and good customer support. But I panicked today when I tried to use the Bata platform and my ETH coins are not there but the transaction history is. Also When I tried to move BCH or BTC my balance would go to zero. Support says they are aware of the problem and working on it. I’m sure it will be cleared up soon. I hope. Google stops supporting on Jun 1st I think

Im having trouble right now with this issue. Shapeshift, the support for keepkey said they no longer recommend using keepkey chrome app. Suggested the shapeshift platform. This uses Wyre, which said they were unable to process my transaction for unknown reasons. Im stuck unable to proceed.

I had to hack the extension from the console a little bit , but i followeda guide wich for the love of satan, i cant now find it.
