Keepkey-Fehler – Ihr Gerät kann nicht initialisiert werden

Auf meinem Keepkey ist Inventar vorhanden und ich habe ihn zuletzt vor 2 Tagen ohne Probleme benutzt. Heute habe ich ihn eingesteckt und erhalte die Meldung “Ihr Gerät konnte nicht initialisiert werden. Überprüfen Sie den Gerätebildschirm für Anweisungen oder versuchen Sie, das Gerät zu trennen und wieder anzuschließen. Ich habe beide Vorschläge ausprobiert, auf dem Gerätebildschirm war nichts zu sehen und das erneute Anschließen (an mehrere PCs) führte zum gleichen Ergebnis. Auch der Versuch, den PC neu zu starten, war erfolglos. Hatte jemand dieses Problem schon einmal?

I think it’s because of the update that came out today maybe? Their post about the update is where I found this link.

Update to resolve this issue has been pushed. Thank you to those who opened tickets! We were able to quickly identify, fix, and push out the resolution.

For any still experiencing this error – updating to the new version of our prod client should resolve v4.3.10

As noted by /u/TG_King this error did not occur in beta

Exact same thing is happening to me. I have also tried 7 different USB cables and the same error appears each time…
I am wondering if this is an issue with the extension maybe?

Downloading the client fixed it. I guess I was thrown off because I had just downloaded this again last weekend. Figured I had the latest already. Just goes to show, you can’t keep up with software releases these days. Thanks to TG_King.
