In before you say it…. yes, I see the error of my ways 😂

Meine Saatgutphrase ist vielleicht gefährdet. Ich kann weder mein Ledger noch meinen Ausdruck meiner Seed-Phrase finden.
Ich habe die Seed-Phrase auf einem USB-Stick und habe ein neues Ledger Nano X gekauft.

Ich möchte eine neue Krypto-Wallet mit einer neuen Seed-Phrase &amp einrichten, meine Kryptowährungen (XRP und ADA) dorthin verschieben und die Seed-Phrase auf eine Stahlplatte stempeln, um sie in i-still-don’t-know-where zu speichern.

Was wäre der effizienteste Weg, diese Aufgabe zu erfüllen, da ich nur ein Ledger-Gerät habe?

Either move your funds to an exchange or to a new wallet from a new seedphrase. You can do this with a hot wallet (metamask or trust wallet) or cold wallet (ledger or trezor).
Don’t forget to do a test or small transaction before sending all of it, make sure it’s on the correct network (ethereum for example)

If you have the seed for lost ledger device, create hot wallet like trust wallet, your assets will show up for you to be able to send them to newly setup ledger device and that’s the seed you would keep safe. Keep the trust wallet seed for trading or degen gains if you want just be careful with all the scams out there.

Install Trust Wallet on your phone. Send your funds from Ledger (that you have setup with your old seedphrase) to Trust Wallet. Once everything has arrived (test with small amounts first), reset your Ledger (you can do this by putting in the wrong pin 3 times), and create a new seedphrase etc. Keep this offline always. You can then transfer back the funds from Trust Wallet (again, start with small test amounts)
