Hallo, ich habe gerade die Ledger Live-Firmware auf meinem Laptop macOS High Sierra10.13.6 aktualisiert (und es zeigt mir diesen Fehler, können Sie mir sagen, wie ich es beheben kann?

Ich kann nicht auf die nächste Version macOS Mojave 10.14.6 in meinem Laptop aktualisieren.

Kann ich Leger Live auf meinem Tablet installieren? Wie kann ich meine Token überprüfen?

You need indeed macOS 10.14 to run it.

Therefore, updating your operating system would be the best solution.

What kind of tablet do you use? Note that Ledger Live hasn’t been programmed for tablets. But you could try to use a Ledger Nano X with a tablet.

However, if you own a Ledger Nano S or S Plus, you would need to connect it with an Android tablet or phone

For anyone who is having this same issue… I also just updated and found out that the new version will not work on my Mac… luckily I still had the previous.dmg install file. I ran that and replaced the new version with the old and it’s working fine for now. This is only a temporary solution unfortunately, it seems like the only option moving forward is to purchase a new computer and that sucks and is awesome at the same time. I understand why this is necessary, it’s just kinda brutal to not know it’s about to happen. Good luck 🍀

I am having same issue for my windows 8.1 although ledger still supports windows 8.1 that’s weird, at the moment I have downgraded ledger live but not sure what to do next ? Buy new pc or it is just a bug? Hay ledger please help

You can’t really „fix“ that error since it’s pretty clear that your computer needs an OS update and your computer is too old for that.

What kind of tablet do you have? Also which model Ledger device do you have?

Ledger Live is available for iOS and Android, but only the Nano X can connect to iOS since only that model has Bluetooth and Apple doesn’t support wired connections with Ledger. Android supports a wired connection so any Ledger device can be used with those.
