Ledger Live vs. Phone App Problem

Ich benutze die Telefon-App nicht so oft, habe aber festgestellt, dass sie nicht so aktualisiert wird wie die Ledger Live Desktop-App. Gibt es dafür einen Grund? Meine Transaktionen werden seit etwa Mitte November nicht mehr angezeigt. Sollte ich die App zurücksetzen und mein Ledger erneut verbinden? Vielen Dank im Voraus

Ledger Live was having Sync issues after the latest update. After I did the update on Live I had to clear the cache and problem solved. App and Live are both updated.

first attempt at resolving this **could be:** a simple “Clear cache” which is settings > help > clear cache > confirm. if this doesn’t work – we do the next step (in my opinion).

I would try to update Ledger Live if possible with a newer ledger live mobile download. if that doesn’t work, reset it from the settings (hard reset the software – deletes the tx histories and accounts etc – but don’t worry ur funds are safe). then install it again.

that hard reset should do the trick if nothing else works. u can always try uninstalling and reinstalling too before doing any of this and see if that saves some time.

regardless – as long as u have ur 24 word recovery phrase written down and safely secured – ur funds should be safe also !!!!! : )
