Mein Ellipal Titan startet nicht und lädt nicht…

Ich habe mein Titan Wallet zuletzt vor ca. 2 Wochen benutzt und der Akku war bei ca. 70% als ich es ausgeschaltet habe. Heute wollte ich mein Wallet einschalten, aber es passierte nichts. Ich habe versucht, es mit verschiedenen Steckern und Kabeln zu laden, aber ohne Erfolg. Es passiert absolut nichts, egal was ich versuche. Der Bildschirm bleibt dunkel. Hat jemand eine Idee, was ich noch tun kann? Danke

If nothing else, if you have your recovery words you can import your account into a different wallet. SafePal wallet worked well for me. I had to use a different process to get my XRP out.

Yes, I have my recovery phrase but I am still wondering if my Titan Wallet could be started again somehow (but as there is only one button, I guess the chances are very low). I have checked the adaptor as well – The 5V for charging are there so it must be my wallet…
And this should never happen after such a short time and with a very low number of operating hours… In total, Ellipal is a big nightmare and I can definitely not recommend.

My Titan’s screen shows charging but it is not connected to charger. It will not reboot nor turn off…Please advise!
