      Bestellung #b501de8bd958 aufgegeben 10/4, erhalten 10/7. Ich konnte das Gerät vollständig aufladen, aber es verliert 1% pro Sekunde und ich kann nicht einmal eine PIN festlegen. Einrichtung schlägt fehl. Support-Ticket sofort eingereicht. Ich habe sofort mit der Rechnung geantwortet. Ich habe keine Antwort erhalten. Keine Bestätigung für meine Dokumentation des Problems, keine Ticketnummer.

      Bearbeiten: Ich habe ein weiteres Ticket eingereicht und eine Ticketnummer erhalten, 1069921.

      BTW, sperren Sie diesen Betrüger, wenn Sie es nicht bereits getan haben.

      I just ordered a ledger nano x a couple days ago. The site said that no shipments will happen for about 3 weeks. They don’t say why but I have a feeling it has to do with them needing to get a new production run that (hopefully) fixes the battery issue. I really hope I am not dealing with these issues when i get mine. We’ll see.

      same defect here. have sent many correspondences and submitted invoice twice no replis at all one month now. very discouraging and probably past the time frame to get credit card refund

      I just bought two ledger nanos for my daughters. I think I should send them back when they arrive. Customer service is the most important issue for me with any service or product. Thanks for the warning.

      Customer support with Ledger has always been dire, it’s usually a case of find a solution yourself or find a new find a new cold wallet

      Short term solution (obviously) is only used it plugged in

      man i was gonna order a ledger but i see all this hack stuff and post like this scare me off
