Ich habe meinen Trezor seit mehreren Monaten nicht mehr benutzt. Gestern habe ich versucht, eine Verbindung zur Trezor Suite herzustellen, und ich glaube, es wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ein Firmware-Update erforderlich sei. Ich glaube nicht, dass ich die Möglichkeit habe, es zu verschieben. Das Problem, das ich damit habe, ist, dass ich nicht so sicher bin, wie ich gerne wäre, was meinen Satz angeht. Ich glaube nicht einmal, dass es eine Option gibt, den Seed mit dem Gerät selbst abzugleichen, um sicherzustellen, dass sie übereinstimmen.

Meine Frage ist, ob es eine Möglichkeit gibt, auf die btc-Wallets zuzugreifen, ohne die Firmware sofort aktualisieren zu müssen? Es scheint fast unmöglich, dass dies der Fall sein würde. Danke für jeden Rat.

In trezor suite you can do a test to check your seed phrase.

Buy a second hardware wallet, put your phrase in it, check balance, if its there your good to go.

So you like to gamble? Your seed phrase is your coin, without it you have no coin. I’ve lost count of the number of stories about lost seed phrases and words.

The new versions of Suite (and the newer versions of many 3rd party wallets) require a new-ish version of firmware.

Like you said, however, do NOT update without being sure that you know the seedphrase.

You can probably use Electrum with the old firmware version to access your BTC, I think it still works with the older firmware.

Yes, it is possible. You can use [https://old-wallet.trezor.io/](https://old-wallet.trezor.io/) or an older version of electrum. It’s not recommended, as some older firmwares are vulnerable to know exploits, but it’s better then losing your funds because you don’t have the seed.
