      Hallo

You should 1st understand that MM does not own the seed phrase to your Ledger. You’ve merely just connected the Ledger to MM and gave MM permission to transact in the account. However, you can remove that account and it’ll be like MM never knew about it and nothing will have to the crypto on the Ledger. It’ll just now be disconnected from MM. So I’m not entirely sure what you’re trying to do but it seems you don’t fully understand the connection between your Ledger and MM. Understand how that is actually working and then you know what you need to do.

If you can still see the coins on ledger nano x, then just send it out to the ledger S.

      > It was set up as a new Ledger with the seed phrase that came with the box.

Yikes. Move your coins to an address created with a newly created seed phrase immediately.

If you used „connect hardware wallet“, them the account was derived from.your ledger seed, amd it was marked „ledger“. Or „hardware“ im.MM. you can access the account as long as your ledger has the same seed. If the account is not visible in MM, use connect hatdware waller. Check the various derivation path that mm let you select. You should find your account.

Hello. Thank you for reaching out. As it has been said before, if you connect your Ledger device to Metamask one of your accounts would be called „Ledger“. Alternatively, you can look for the Ethereum address of your Ledger device in Metamask. In order to find out your Ethereum address in Ledger Live you can the same thing as you would do when „receiving“ Ethereum. In order to so you can follow those instructions. https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404389453841-Receive-crypto-assets?docs=true After that you can look for your Ledger Ethereum address in Metamask . If you want to use your Ledger Nano S Plus instead of Metamask, you could simply send your Ethereum from every Metamask account to your Ledger Nano S Plus. Here you can learn more about using a Ledger device with Metamask https://www.ledger.com/academy/security/the-safest-way-to-use-metamask. Here you can learn how to set up your Ledger device with Metamask https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404366864657-Set-up-and-use-MetaMask-to-access-your-Ledger-Ethereum-ETH-account?docs=true

How did you create the accounts that you are trying to access (via MM) ?

Did you use MM command „connect hardware wallet“? (the correct and 100% safe way to connect a ledger to MM)?

Or did you enter your Ledger seed phrase in MM? (a terribly risky step that puts at risk all your ledger accounts under that seed, not just those accessed by MM)
