1. You should create new account at Ellipal Titan or mini, then you can get the real cold wallet account
2. and then connect Ellipal App, will sync a “Blue color” account.

3. What is mean cold wallet – key is stored at cold wallet, never connect internet
4. what is mean Air-gapped- Only transfer info with App via QR code, never connect any online device with wifi, bluetooth or USB cable

You want the cold wallet(blue) in the app. Hot wallet(orange)is just a regular wallet

If you create/import the mnemonic on APP, You will get a hot orange wallet on APP which works without cold wallet 

***How to recover hot wallet to be a cold wallet ***

Please recover it on Titan via mnemonic, and then connect with APP, You will see a blue account

Try to withdraw and see what happens. U will need ur cold device for the qr codes. So withdrawing is where the protection is.
