Ich würde gerne eine einfache Frage zur Sicherheit stellen.

Ich benutze meinen Laptop als Arbeitsgerät, und manchmal muss ich Torrents herunterladen und verwenden (hauptsächlich, um Audio-/Videosoftware vor dem Kauf zu testen). Sind meine Gelder vor möglicher Malware sicher?

Regardless of Trezor’s security guarantees: The fact that you are even _asking_ this question suggests that you should get a separate computer to handle your **sensitive financial assets whose loss would seriously hurt** and a separate one for experimenting with **possibly malware infected applications**.

Trezor strongly protects your private keys from being stolen by malware. The same can’t be said about the rest of the chain: malware can steal data about your accounts and assets, replace your address in clipboard, use your exchange logins, etc.

Just because you wear a helmet and a hi vis vest doesn’t mean you’ll have fun playing in traffic.

Yes. Your private keys are never exposed. The trezor only signs the transactions.

I agree with u/matejcik. If you are concerned then you should invest in a separate system for financial transactions. If finances are an issue, but you are technically savvy, then consider running a Linux VM inside of VirtualBox. Pass your USB port you use for your Trezor through to the VM and run the Suite this way. Total cost is $0.

You would need to have an unbelievable complex infection to cause any harm with this setup.
