Ich habe derzeit ein großes Problem mit meinem Trezor. Ich benutze ihn seit einigen Wochen und habe immer nur auf meine Standard-Geldbörse und diese eine versteckte Geldbörse zugegriffen, in die ich auch die meisten meiner Gelder verschoben habe. Ich kenne die Passphrase für dieses Wallet sehr gut, da ich es schon mehrmals benutzt habe.

Als ich jedoch gestern versuchte, auf meine versteckte Wallet zuzugreifen, zeigte sie mir ein leeres Guthaben an, und das kann nicht wirklich sein.

Was ich versucht habe:

1) Die Verbindung zum Trezor trennen und erneut herstellen

2) Computer neu gestartet

3) Wifi Access Point gewechselt

4) Einstellungen geändert, um Bitcoin-Adressen mit Adressprotokollen zu sehen (Segwit, Legacy, …)

5) Etherscan und Blockchain-Scan überprüft, ob Guthaben noch auf der verwendeten Adresse sind – sie sind.

6) Obwohl ich mir bei der Passphrase zu 101% sicher bin, habe ich mehrere Varianten ausprobiert (Großbuchstaben, Kleinbuchstaben, …)

Im Moment habe ich keine Ahnung, was ich noch machen könnte. Ich bin jetzt ziemlich verzweifelt. Für jede Hilfe bin ich sehr dankbar!

Hi, if you do not see your balance and there is no unauthorized transaction transferring your coins away, then you are in a different wallet. You can actually verify that yourself by checking your receiving addresses – I guess you don’t see the address with the coins in your wallet now.

Being in a different wallet can be caused by two things: either you have a different seed in Trezor (have you recovered wallet with a seed recently?), or you’re typing in a different passphrase (that is the root cause in 99.9% cases).

With your hidden wallet, do you see the transactions? You should be able to see incoming transactions. In my opinion, either you sent your coins to the wrong address or your passphrase is wrong.

If the passphrase gives you an empty wallet without past transactions this means that you are entering a different passphrase than before.

If you are using AZERTY and QWERTY switch on the same keyboard that maybe the issue. O and zero can also be reversed. Cap lock could also be the issue

People set too many passwords, pins, hidden wallets and finally lose their coins. Just buy trezor, set pin and you are better than 99% of regular people. Additionally engrave seed in metal and bury underground, you will be 100% safe.
