That’s fine. The device should. It’s concerning if there’s a piece of paper with words written on it that you need to restore from.

Pre-existing seed phrase means the scammer included a phrase already written out and pre-setup in the device. If the device walks you through the setup process where it generates a phrase and displays it on the screen, then you are fine.

Yes, you are fine.

Just make sure to never take a phone photo of your seed phrase and to never enter or save it on a computer, file or cloud. It should stay just on physical support like paper or metal.
