Hallo zusammen. Ich bin sicher, die Antwort ist einfach. Ich bin jedoch ein wenig ratlos. Wenn die Ledger-Live-Schnittstelle oder App nicht mehr vorhanden sind. Wie kann ich mit meinem Vermögen auf der Kette interagieren. Sagen wir, ich habe 3 Konten BTC, ZEC und ETH. Jede Anleitung oder Erklärung würde geschätzt werden.

You use your recovery words to start up a new wallet somewhere else and carry on.

Your assets are not in/on the ledger.

You need to understand that your cryptos are never stored in your ledger nor in ledger live. They are always stored on the blockchains, on the Internet.

The only thing stored in your ledger is your seed (24 words + optional passphrase), i.e. your master private key that gives you full control of all the accounts derived from this seed.

you can access them with any other front-end or wallet, as long as you have your 24-word seed phrase (which is essentially your private key).

you can import your „keys“ in other wallets that support ledger or any 24 word supporting wallets for their respective coins 🙂 i for 1 have me „ethwallets“ also connected to metasmask and my bitcoin wallets connected to electrum trough my ledger

Your Bitcoin isn’t on ledger. Bitcoin never moves.

Ledger is just a door to interact with your Bitcoin. There’s many doors (companies) and they all accept your 24 seed phrase.

What I don’t understand is how my one ledger account stores multiple cryptocurrencies. Any other software wallet only stores one type of cryptocurrency and it’s related assets. For example, My Algo Wallet only stores Algorand and it’s ASA’s. CCVault only stores Cardano and its assets. How is my one ledger account storing all these different cryptos?
