Bekommt noch jemand diese Benachrichtigung, wenn er seinen KeepKey einsteckt?

“Es läuft eine andere Anwendung, die einen Konflikt mit dem KeepKey-Client verursacht. Bitte schließen Sie den KeepKey-Client und alle anderen Anwendungen, die Ihr Gerät verwenden”.

Ich kann nicht einmal den PIN-Bildschirm aufrufen.

Ich habe 4 KeepKeys und habe sie alle auf 3 verschiedenen Computern ausprobiert. Ich erhalte immer die gleiche Meldung.

Alle meine Online-Suchen zu diesem Thema haben nichts ergeben. Was ist hier los?

On the new FW update, I started getting that on multiple computers, then all of a sudden it went away. I still can’t get into my device however due to the reoccuring PIN issue that is mentioned in another thread. Something definitely wonky with this latest update.

Meanwhile, if you need to get access to your BTC or LTC you can use Electrum, it has KeepKey support.

For your ETH, you may have to use MyCrypto and login with your seed phrase (you better download MyCrypto application [https://download.mycrypto.com/](https://download.mycrypto.com/) )
