In ledger live create a btc account and it will sync with the blockchain and show all the connected funds.

Using a new address each time you send / receive $BTC is a security feature used to limit blockchain analysis.

Embrace it, it is there to assist your anonymity. Functionally you can use the same address multiple times, but if you wish to reduce chain and signal analysis, this is a good thing.

What’ll really blow your mind is Whirlpool / CoinJoin. These mix your coins anonymously with other users in pools to prevent tracking.

Your hardware wallet only contains your private keys, everything else is on-chain, although different wallets can also store addresses / balances / public keys etc…

Using the accounts in Ledger Live is generally going to be enough for most users to manage their assets. If you’re sending to the addresses under the same account, they’ll be controlled by the private keys that are derived from the recovery phrase on the device. You should already be seeing all the transactions in one place.

If there are multiple accounts derived from multiple recovery phrases, this might change though.

If you’re not already aware, this is why the addresses are changed (tldr: privacy)
      [https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034336713-Receiving-address-changed?support=true](https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034336713-Receiving-address-changed?support=true)

if you want to look up all the addresses and transactions under a certain xpub (extended public key) there are websites and tools you can use. Ledger also offers their own tool to do so:
But all to note that you generally shouldn’t need that, and can use Ledger live to manage that account as per normal.
