Also, wenn ich von einer Börse zu einem Ledger abheben möchte, gibt es mir jedes Mal eine neue Adresse, wenn ich auf der Ledger-App auf „Empfangen“ drücke, was ich jedes Mal tue, wenn ich abhebe, was mein Konto pseudonymisiert, wenn ich richtig liege. Wenn ich nicht jedes Mal eine neue Adresse haben wollte, könnte ich das Gerät ausstecken und einfach an diese Adresse senden, wann immer ich will?

Dear if it’s BTC account, they it will renew address each time but you still can use the old address, but it’s better to use the new one.
Warning:
-Don’t enter your seed into anything except the Ledger device itself.
-Download / update ledger live software from official website only.
-Never use search engine to access ledger website.
-Ignore all messages in your inbox and mark them as spam.
-Never click links or install software from an e-mail.
-Never respond to someone request to download remote applications(Team viewer, anydesk and etc.)
-Always conduct a small amount test while sending or receiving your funds and verify that the correct wallet address was copied/pasted into address bracket.

You can reuse old addresses. But you won’t have the same privacy as if you would use a new address each time.
