Your public address is available on any of the networks (that you have interacted with), my understanding is that they scan them and send. Most likely all bot driven.

Hello, we advise to never interact on chain (send,swap etc..) with unsolicited scam/spam drops you might receive as they might hold smart contracts with malicious intent. Simply ignore and remove them from your portfolio
