It’s possible that your firmware or Ledger Live app are out-of-date. Follow [these steps](https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404389344913-Check-the-firmware-version?support=true) to check your firmware and check the app store for Ledger Live updates on your phone.
It’s not clear how you’re trying to connect your device, so it’s possible that you’re attempting a wired connection to iPhone which is not supported.
Finally, I recommend connecting to Ledger Live desktop to determine whether the issue stems from your hardware or something specific to your phone.
