      Ich kaufte eine andere Marke cold wallet von irgendwo anders und eine billfodl auf Ledger-Website. Als ich den billfodl erhielt, hieß es, ich solle mich auf privacypros.io registrieren, was ich auch tat und eine E-Mail mit 25% Rabatt erhielt. Jetzt nach der Verwendung meiner anderen Marke Wallet, ich denke an auch immer eine andere kalte Wallet (ledger nano x) und eine andere billfodl. Aber ich sehe auf Ledger-Website sie nicht ausgenommen die 25% off Sache, die ich von privacypros.io bekam, und privacypros.io hat ein Bündel für die nano x und Billfodl für $ 10 Rabatt im Vergleich zu Ledger-Website und ich kann die 25% off sie mir geschickt. Aber wenn ich zu autorisierten Wiederverkäufern gehe, hat es nur privacypros.io’s E-Mail, nicht Website, die ich dachte, war seltsam. Ich habe auch schlechte Dinge über Leute gehört, die Ledger Nanos von nicht-Ledger-Websites gekauft haben. Ist privacypros.io sicher zu kaufen Ledger Cold Wallets auf oder nicht?

      Only buy from Ledger or an authorised reseller. I based my decision to buy from an authorised reseller on the basis that it could get held up in Customs and the number of hands it would have to go through. Whoever you buy from always follow Ledger Academy when you do the initial setup.

      As always, buying from scammy websites to save 10$ only to then blame ledger when they lose all their crypto…

      i wouldn’t trust this privacy pros . io website

      order from official website or order from a certified 3rd party reseller (or buy from bestbuy or target or a local retailer

      It doesn’t really matter where you buy it from, because when you connect it to Ledger Live it will check if the device is genuine.

      If you want to reduce the risk of getting a compromised device, then only buy from the official store, but it’s really not necessary.

      Just keep in mind that you need to initialize the device and connect it to the Ledger Live software before you start using it for transactions.

      Edit: And just in case, make sure to download the Ledger Live from the legit website, i.e. don’t google the website and then click on the first result which might be an ad from a scammer leading you to a fake app. Always enter „[ledger.com](https://ledger.com)“ into your browser by hand and go from there.

      Check on the ledger website for authorized resellers in your country. Buy from those preferably. The ledger is pretty much tamper proof, but a scam site can just obviously still scam you.

      Unless if ledger doesn’t ship to your country. Why buy from anyone other than who makes it?

      This is a security device meant to protect your assets. Not some kitchen utensil that doesn’t matter if it has been tampered with

      If you have to ask this question you usually already know the answer…just buy from Ledger the risk is not worth it
