Can you copy your old Ledger Live folder from your old computer? If so, copy it onto a flash drive and move it to the new computer. You can find it in /users/*yourname*/appdata/roaming

No, you will just have to add accounts for each type of crypto that you might have owned. There is no other way to „quickly“ scan through every possibility.

Hey there – this can sometimes happen after updating the firmware on a Ledger Nano X.

Don’t worry your accounts are not at risk and you should be able to re-install the apps on your device by connecting your Ledger device to My Ledger in Ledger Live. Once you’re done, you can proceed to [re-add your accounts](https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404389482641-Add-your-accounts?docs=true). Let me know if you’re able to do it!

You might also want to double-check if your private keys are still held in the secure element just in case the update might have wiped it (rare occurrence but can happen in some cases) .

Keep in mind that your Ledger device is the only safe place to input your recovery phrase, never share it or type it into any apps.
