  Ich habe vor kurzem mein Telefon ersetzt. Ich habe mein Konto mit der Minomic-Phrase wiederhergestellt, ich kann jetzt meinen xrp-Saldo sehen, aber mir fehlt der Rest. Xlm, xdc, hbar? Ich habe die App mit dem Telefon synchronisiert und sie aktualisiert. Hat jemand diese Erfahrung schon einmal gemacht? 😳 Ich habe mich an Ellipal gewandt, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Ich habe viele Konten mit vielen verschiedenen Software-Brieftaschen wiederhergestellt und hatte dieses Problem noch nie.

  Ellipal app is notoriously slow at updating balances. – must be their api or server issue.
  
  Check your wallet addresses with an on chain explorer (Google: HBAR Explorer, for example) to put your mind at ease that your balances still exist. Put your public address into the Explorer and check out what comes up.

  If you stay in the USA, it’s best to get CS after 9:00 pm Sunday night. It will be 9:00 am Monday morning. That’s how I get fast responses from them.
